Ceramic hobs manufactured by Vitralux in Italy. Most Vitralux ceramic hobs come with the latest touch controls but Vitralux also have knob controlled ceramic hobs. Vitralux also do Induction hobs. Induction ceramic hobs work on direct heat but the base of the pans must be magnetic.
